Weekend Update: December 12th – 13th

This is the first in a series of posts that I will make (hopefully every weekend).  It’s mostly just a recap for me to remember what I’ve been doing with my life, if I start to slack off and start saying, “oh I just worked and slept” then its either time for me to die, or whip my self back in shape!

Alright, first things first, I’ve been going through quite the training regimen over the last week!  I’m down 10 pounds and counting and I’ve really made my appetite curbed to a healthy level. Which is huge.  I’m also swimming a bunch and weight lifting, running and biking… woot WOOT!

In my aspirations, though, to become more healthy, unfortunately father weather has been most incorporative (it rained almost all last week and kept me from biking into work, and its fucking cold out).  I’m not sure if my biking to work streak is broken or not, I hadn’t the slightest urge to do it this morning and it wasn’t even that cold out.  But I will go on with my training.  155 pounds here I come!  I was just below 170 until this weekend happend

On the “changing my life” front, I’ve started going into work real early (getting up about 6am) so that I can get more done in a day now.  This has been going quite well for a couple of weeks now.

This weekend Becker came down and we all got shithammered and went out to the bars, good times (Woody’s I think) but not very good for my diet.  Also we got a bunch of work done for the UCI site (http://www.career.uci.edu) so that’s awesome.  I started interacting quite a bit with a certain Social networking site, so we’ll see how that goes as far as making new friends  So far I really like the people on there.

Also committed to going down to San Diego for Xmas, and a couple days after!  And, OMG I almost forgot, I’m going to mother fucking San Francisco to go see my good buddy Alex for the new years and a little break!  I’m really fucking excited about that one!
