Weekend Update! Dec 19th 2009

Short Lame Version:

Extended Awesome Version:

Ok so this week / weekend was pretty awesome, I gotta admit, even thought I’m really exhausted after it.  This weekend was the parade of lights in Newport Beach, so that was amazing.  First of all these guys put in up to 50K into their damn decoration, and it shows.  The first night we went out we had this goddamned motion sensitive light that would come on every damn time someone breathed.  So that was fixed with a hat.  The second time we saw it, it was from the other side of Newport Harbor, alternative views are always nice.

We attended (read: crashed) a bar which used to be called Checker’s (true quality establishment), but now is named Bikini Bar.  By this time most of us had been drinking a bit so we thought it would be a GREAT idea to go out in our christmas outfits (mostly short shorts and onesy pajamas).  Believe you me, it was HILARIOUS.  Best time I’ve had at a bar in a while.  Then we went out in normal clothes and it wasn’t as good, but still a bunch of fun.  So frustrated later that night  But still a lot of fun.

The next day, surprisingly I got up real early (especially after going to bed at 3am), and went out to California Adventure to go play with my brother’s family because it was Skye’s Birthday!  We actually all had a blast I think.  I think the most fun part was either getting super soaked or the GIGANTIC play ground that you could run around on and jump over everything.

I’ve been practicing the Rubik’s Cube, and now I can officially solve it without cheating, and Mr Rubik…. You’re a bitch face ar-tard.

Saw Zombie Land (Legally this time) with Kennon! and she gave me delicious donuts, so that was an awesome Monday night!

Next Week is Christmas!
