Free Specs

I’ve noticed that people are free to give out their specs and hard work that goes into brain storming and thinking about a problem. This is often attained from arduous thinking or even years of trail and error. The code though… this is what they keep secret. Which is dumbish because the code is easy, and with a good spec it can be done in weeks or hours.
Noticed that engineer's don't self promote work

In a training class I was just in, I noticed that engineers / programmers (Including my self) hardly ever recognize their own self worth or their own hard work. Case in point is the hard work I did on the homepage widgets, I never once thought about self promotion or trying to promote my product of my efforts, which I really should have done.
I think we can use (abuse?) this fact by recognizing that hard workers do not want to spend the insignificant time to self promote, so we can do it for them to really get their great ideas out there.

Hey yo, went up mount gorbonzo bean the other day, fucking rediculously hard hike! alright, here’s some pics.
Haha, so I was sooo tired by the time I got to the top (I was out drinking the night before so I didn’t wake up too early). and I hear this scratching coming from my bag, and I’m all, wtf is that?! it was a greedy little chipmunk!

Camping in Colorado!

So Dan and I went camping in Colorado, holy moly it was like a month ago! jebus.
any way, it was awesome the lake up at the top was fucking beautiful.
We get there in the morning and we don’t have that much time! so we went up to the the ranger man, way back up behind the big part of the ranger station to a little cabin for back packers. This ranger man didn’t think we could make it up to the lake before it got dark. PSHAW!! to that I say. although it was nice getting a camp down below and not having to carry our packs all the way up to the lake. I think this is when I decided I wanted a fly fishing pole. and to be honest we just saw people fishing, not really fly fishing.
I don’t really have that much to say about this one for some reason.
